Mankato Motors – Mankato Motor Co. (part of the Rydell Automotive Group) is hiring an experienced Automotive A-Level Technician (also called Auto Mechanic, Automotive Service Technician, or Master Tech candidate) to join our high‑volume, productive service team.

$/yr – $/yr

Top technicians earn $100,000+ annually (flat rate pay + performance bonuses). Sign‑on bonus for highly qualified candidates. Relocation assistance available up to $4,000 for the right candidate. 401(k) with company match.

• Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on all systems: engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC.
• Conduct inspections and test drives using state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic tools.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and teammates about repairs and timelines.
• Complete warranty and customer‑pay repairs to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

• Proven experience as an A‑Level Automotive Technician (Master Tech certification a plus).
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to pass a background check and drug test.
