We are currently seeking candidates for an 18‑ to 24‑month internship beginning in Winter 2026. This role offers the opportunity to work approximately 15 hours per week during the academic year, with the option for increased hours during the summer.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FAMILY OFFICE INTERN Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts and ensuring documentation accuracy
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client‑ready materials
  • Upload, organize, and maintain important client files
  • Research account questions and help identify solutions
  • Support compliance by following policies and addressing risk‑related items
  • Participate in special projects and help refine processes
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy
