The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced professional environment.
Qualifications and Skills- Previous experience in an administrative assistant or office support role
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment
- Experience supporting a construction, engineering, or professional services office
- Familiarity with scheduling, document management, and general office coordination
- Exposure to basic accounting, invoicing, or project‑related administrative tasks
