Job Details

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced professional environment.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting a construction, engineering, or professional services office
  • Familiarity with scheduling, document management, and general office coordination
