Job Details- Coordinate substitutes for Lower School, Middle School, High School, Nutrition Department and Admin positions.
- Manage online substitute management system, Smart Find Express.
- Work with Hope staff to make sure substitutes have training and are prepared.
- Manage substitute keys and timecards.
- Help provide onboarding for substitutes.
- Able to communicate effectively with everyone, including school leadership, to ensure necessary substitute coverage and planning.
- Salary is $20/hour.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Administrative background preferred.
- Must be able to prioritize needs effectively in order to take care of all issues that arise during the school day. This position will require being on site every school day.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for the mission and work of Hope Academy and a desire to play an integral part in growing the impact of Hope Academy.
- Ability to effectively work in a multi-racial, multi-ethnic and economically disadvantaged urban community.
