Responsibilities
- Collect the mail/deliver mail campus wide, including utilizing campus vehicles for transportation.
- Process the outgoing mail.
- Log all the packages for students, faculty, and staff.
- Hand out all the student packages.
- Help the students with the outgoing packages to be shipped.
- E‑email students regarding their packages.
- E‑email students about their perishable packages (flowers, cookies, medications, anything time sensitive).
- Responsible for closing the mail room at 4:30 pm.
- Responsible to work on Saturday on their own from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Sort the students mail.
- Put away the students mail.
- Customer service at the counter for any mail room questions.
- Learn the many aspects of printing, laminating, etc., in our print shop.
- Must be enrolled as a student at North Central College.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history.
