The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a Financial Advisory Firm in Minnetonka. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the advisor's behalf. This individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. This role is for 20 to 30 hours per week paid hourly.
Responsibilities- Calendar management
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Conducting research and gathering information on securities and insurance products
- Sending correspondence to extend invitations for meetings or securities-related events, answering requests for information on existing holdings
- Performing administrative tasks such as making and confirming appointments, confirming receipt of cash or correspondence, providing account/holdings information, answering phones, filing, data entry, etc.
- Basic knowledge of investments and insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
