Compliance and Organizational Transformation Coordinator
Reports To: Senior Director of Compliance & Organizational Transformation
Rate of Pay: $22.00 per hour
The Compliance and Organizational Transformation Coordinator provides part‑time administrative, compliance, and project support to the Senior Director. This role helps maintain essential compliance functions—such as documentation, training coordination, and audit preparation—while assisting with organizational improvement initiatives. The Coordinator ensures smooth operations by managing schedules, tracking requirements, and supporting communication across departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance Support
- Track deadlines for audits, inspections, licensing renewals, and required reporting.
- Assist with preparing and organizing compliance documentation.
- Support internal audits and site visits by scheduling, gathering materials, and maintaining checklists.
- Monitor staff completion of required training and certifications.
- Maintain organized digital and physical compliance files.
Training & Quality Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for compliance‑related trainings, including scheduling and attendance tracking.
- Assist with preparing training materials and follow‑up documentation.
- Support basic quality assurance tasks and data tracking.
Organizational Transformation Support
- Provide light project coordination for organizational improvement initiatives.
- Assist with research on best practices and emerging trends.
- Help prepare summaries, presentations, and simple reports for leadership.
Administrative Support
- Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication for the Senior Director.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Assist with drafting memos, forms, and internal communications.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Associate’s degree in business administration, Human Services, or related field.
- Experience in compliance, quality assurance, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with nonprofit or human services environments.
