Responsibilities:
* Acts as the primary internal contact
* Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
* Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable
* High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
* Typing experience
* Intermediate Excel experience
* Strong attention to detail
Nice to Have:
* Time management skills - ability to prioritize and work through a queue of work;
Ability to work through high volume of work with high accuracy
* Critical thinking skills - be able to assess the whys behind what you are doing
* Problem-solving skills
* Banking industry knowledge
Industry Background that has success in this role:
* Claims processors - mortgage /banking preferred
* Data Entry Clerk/Specialist
