IT-Assc Proj Mgr

Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated IT‑Assc Proj Mgr to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

Salary: $20 – $24 per hour
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm
Education: Bachelors

• Work with meeting owners to prepare/distribute meeting agendas.
• Document detailed meeting minutes, including action items.
• Review/Finalize meeting minutes with meeting owners.
• Conduct PMO quality checks on minutes, including those of other scribes.
• Upload meeting minutes to State Google Drive, Optum internal SharePoint, and distribute minutes to attendees.
• Additional project manager activities as needed.
