POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking a dedicated Administrative Client Associate passionate about delivering exceptional client service. This role at The Parr McKnight Wealth Management Group involves engaging with clients, supporting office operations, and collaborating with the Leadership team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excels in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing team schedules, coordinating client engagement materials, and ensuring operational excellence.

This position is vital to providing an outstanding client experience with professionalism and accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CLIENT EXPERIENCE
  • Manage schedules, send reminders, and handle calendar communication.
  • Welcome clients and visitors warmly, offering refreshments as needed.
  • Politely answer calls, provide first-level service, and take detailed messages as needed.
  • Keep office areas, including reception and meeting spaces, professional and tidy.
  • Respond promptly to emails and professionally resolve issues.
  • Update and maintain client data for scheduling, fees, and marketing.
PRACTICE MANAGEMENT
  • Contribute to team operational improvements.
  • Maintain office and conference room supplies, ensuring readiness for meetings.
  • Prepare and organize client files to meet compliance requirements.
  • Process deposits, checks, ACHs, journal requests, and payments.
  • Oversee and maintain office equipment, addressing issues as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex topics simply.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and financial software preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
