The Grants and Program Operations team provides grantmaking and operations structure, administration, resources, and internal knowledge to enhance program results and turn the Foundation’s vision and goals into reality.
The program team administrator (PTA) role advances the work of the Foundation by providing administrative and operations support for program team(s), including scheduling, meeting logistics, and expense and contract management. The Foundation has four PTA roles on staff and is currently hiring a PTA to support McKnight’s Vibrant & Equitable Communities program.
