Project Manager Property tax

County business need/project background:
Project Managers and Project Coordinators are needed to successfully complete the implementation of the Assessment and Taxes Project.

The new property tax system will replace the mainframe which processes all of the property tax payments.

This project is critical Client.

Scope of services/description of work to be performed
Assist project leads creating and updating project plans, executing and monitoring plans, scheduling meetings, facilitating meetings, recording meeting notes, writing communications, creating status reports, issue/risk tracking and other project administrative tasks.

Specific skills/experience required:
Experience creating and executing project plans, facilitating project meetings, and experience tracking project issues and risks.

Project management certification is desired, but not required.

Project deliverables:
Project plan/schedule,issue/risk log, meeting agendas,meeting minutes,status reports,delivery of software project.
