Position: We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant

Join a mission-driven nonprofit supporting medical professionals through education. We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Administrative Assistant at Business Solutions Director at Ultimate Staffing.

Base pay: $21.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Location:

100% onsite in the East Metro, MN

Responsibilities
  • Processing certification applications and performing accurate data entry
  • Assisting with event and program registrations
  • Screening and routing phone calls; responding to inquiries and emails professionally
  • Delivering excellent customer service to eye-care professionals, volunteers, and partner organizations
  • Preparing documents, word processing, and coordinating mass mailings
  • Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
  • Supporting mailroom tasks when needed
  • Taking on additional administrative duties as assigned
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
