Cost Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site Cost Accountant role located at our Minneapolis, MN facility. The Cost Accountant will be responsible for managing cost accounting systems, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, and supporting overall financial reporting processes. The individual will collaborate with various teams to ensure precise budget tracking, cost efficiency, and compliance with accounting practices.

• Proficiency in Cost Accounting, Financial Statements, and Finance
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends and help drive business decisions
• Experience with Journal Entries and general accounting processes
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities to work with cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; knowledge of industry-relevant tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is an advantage
