Job Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Minnetonka, MN (Hybrid located in Minnesota, only local candidates will be eligible)
Pay Rate: $60,000 - $70,000 / Year dependent on applicable experience
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

We are partnering with a well-established organization in the west metro that is looking to add an Accountant to support its growing finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys traditional staff accounting responsibilities, values accuracy and consistency, and wants to be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth environment. The team is seeking an accountant who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning day-to-day accounting functions while continuing to build and strengthen their technical foundation.
Responsibilities- Support general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintenance of balance sheet accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities in a structured close process
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and investigate variances
- Support financial reporting and internal documentation
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely accounting processes
- Assist with audit support and ad hoc accounting projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting strongly preferred;
Associate’s degree considered with relevant years of experience - 2+ years of general ledger or staff accounting experience
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and month-end close processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in the Minnetonka area.
