D2D:- Prepare individual 1040 tax returns using Ultra Tax software
- Contact clients regarding missing / inaccurate confidential information
- Calculate taxable income, credits, and deductions to complete state and local returns
- Identifying opportunities for tax savings, such as deductions and credits
- Explain tax liabilities, refunds, and filing requirements to clients
- File returns and prepare paper submissions when necessary
- Maintain organized records of returns and supporting documents for future audits or inquiries
