Corporate Tax Accountant

• The Tax accountant will be responsible for tax accounting activities for the division.
• Corporate Finance reporting
• Manage the balance sheet and investments reporting
• Act as advisory in real estate acquisitions, reporting and corporate strategy.
• Track financial performance by analyzing business unit performance and recommending areas of improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collect and process accounting and income tax information for different divisions.
• Perform financial statement preparation for the division. Use ASC 740, Essbase
• Manage and support the Company’s General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets systems.
• Day to day management of ledger entries and providing accounting insight to business.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines

• Certified Public Accountant
• Strong analytical skills
• 4 years combination of tax and accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• U.S. Citizens / Green Card Holder
