Overview
Jack in the Box - TEAM LEADER role at Giants Baseball & Softball Camps.
Location:
Weatherford, TX. Compensation: $63,000.00-$80,000.00. This leadership role is responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensure food quality, implement 20/20 guest expectations, and ensure compliance with Jack in the Box procedures, systems and standards.
- Train and coach team members using the Guest Expectations training materials; model calm and productive behavior during busy times.
- Enforce JIB uniform and grooming standards; maintain neat and professional appearance.
- Provide friendly guest service and coach team members on hospitality behaviors and the JIB Hospitality Model.
- Help maintain a well-staffed restaurant; assist with order taking and cashiering during busy periods; lead and coach the team to be ready to serve guests as they arrive.
- Monitor food quality, appearance, and temperature; retrain as needed to meet standards.
- Lead a fast, consistent service environment; manage guest interactions to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
- Ensure order accuracy and follow up on errors to prevent recurrence; hold employees accountable and retrain as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and quality policies; complete the Food Safety Checklist per shift.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador; inspire the team to embrace the Jack in the Box brand and represent it professionally.
- Focus on the guest experience; anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns professionally, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Supervise floor operations; coordinate resources to cover roles, ensure compliance with JIB standards and labor laws.
- Perform front-of-restaurant duties (guest service, interior and exterior cleanliness, restocking, and equipment upkeep) and collaborate with back-of-house as needed.
- Provide onboarding and training; give feedback and recognition; monitor employee appearance and performance; escalate issues as necessary.
Experience: 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotions, or 1-year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
:
Must be at least 18 years old; complete Team Leader training classes;
Serv Safe certification in applicable states; ability to read, write and speak English; additional language skills may be required based on location; excellent interpersonal skills; basic math; ability to work with diverse groups; strong analytical, organizational and planning abilities; self-starter; integrity and ethical behavior; basic computer knowledge. - Physical Requirements
:
Ability to stand and walk 90–95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 15–25 lbs; ability to listen to orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors.
