Position: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

VENTAMATIC is a background friendly company! We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude and proven expertise in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a hands‑on individual who can perform diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly to ensure minimal downtime of production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery.
  • Diagnose machinery faults and implement timely repairs to minimize disruption to production.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve overall equipment efficiency.
  • Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities conform to safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Recommend improvements for equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry practices and technologies.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools, precision measurement instruments, and diagnostic software.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and report writing.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends, as needed.
