Flight Test Pilot — Engineering Verification & Avionics

A global aerospace company is looking for an Engineering Test Pilot. In this role, you will conduct flight tests on various aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational effectiveness. You will be responsible for preparing test plans and reports, and guiding internal departments on design and test planning. Candidates should have an engineering degree, at least 1,500 hours of flight time, and an FAA Commercial pilot certificate.

This position is based onsite in Mineral Wells, TX, with an annual salary ranging from $190,000 to $220,000.
