About The Role:

We're looking for passionate people to join our Butlin's Team. We create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are looking for amazing team members to join us in our bar, restaurant and leisure teams. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need.

Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. Looking for progression? We have bags of opportunities to develop within our restaurant teams and across the wider Butlin's business.

We're looking for outgoing and enthusiastic Fairground team members to offer a memorable and enjoyable experience to our guests. As a Fairground team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests on the fairground whilst operating the rides and supervising play areas, creating a sense of theatre whilst checking height restrictions. You will engage and build relationships with our guests helping them get the most from their stay.

• Ensure the safety of guests on the fairground rides and supervise play areas.
• Operate rides and enforce height restrictions.
• Engage with guests and create a memorable experience.
• Support the team in delivering excellent guest service across bar, restaurant and leisure areas.

You don t need any experience to work as part of our teams. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you. Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment.

No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people. Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
