Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part-time) – Minden, LA 71055

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed, and may occasionally work with other product lines in the stores you service.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $12.00 to $14.00 depending on your skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours for this position are between 5 – 10 hours.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, you will restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. You will also use technology to communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys.
• Holiday support:
  During peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, you may be expected to work additional days and extended hours, including weekends and the holidays themselves.
• Department resets:
  You may be part of a team responsible for installing and relocating Hallmark fixtures, moving card departments, and resetting card sections. Advance notice of two weeks is generally provided for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration:
  As part of Hallmark’s field organization, you will support other merchandisers in your network as needed within your territory.

This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and urgency. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, consistently lifting and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. You must also be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your shift, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficiency with a digital hand‑held device for reading documents and interpreting information.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Consistent transportation for travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
