As a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) in the Behavioral Health department at Minden Medical Center, you can expect a dynamic and engaging day-to-day experience. On the 7A-7P shift you will have both stimulating daytime activity and the opportunity to provide compassionate care during crucial hours. Daily responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, administering medication, and creating tailored care plans while ensuring safety and adherence to treatment protocols.

You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, participating in treatment meetings and collaborating on innovative approaches to behavioral health challenges.
