Your role as a Telemetry Tech

As a Full-Time Telemetry Tech at Minden Medical Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include meticulously monitoring patients' vital signs, such as heart rate and respiration, and accurately documenting critical data. You'll collaborate closely with nurses and physicians, promptly notifying them of any changes or abnormalities in patient conditions. Your role also involves setting up and maintaining telemetry equipment, ensuring everything is functioning optimally for patient safety.

Schedule

The typical schedule for this position is from 7 AM to 7 PM, allowing you ample time to engage fully with your team and contribute to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Meticulously monitor patients' vital signs and document critical data accurately.
  • Collaborate with nurses and physicians; promptly notify them of any changes or abnormalities in patient conditions.
  • Set up and maintain telemetry equipment to ensure patient safety and equipment reliability.
  • Engage directly with patients, providing support and comfort while fostering a customer-focused atmosphere.
