We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Fleet Specialist to manage and support our growing fleet of service vehicles. You’ll ensure our trucks are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and always ready to roll.

• Oversee day-to-day management of company vehicles and equipment
• Schedule and track preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Coordinate with vendors, mechanics, and dealerships
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel, mileage, and GPS/telematics data
• Maintain accurate fleet records (registrations, insurance, inspections)
• Support vehicle onboarding/offboarding for new hires and terminations
• Help support the warehouse if needed

• 2+ years of fleet management, logistics, or related experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards
• Ability to communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, and leadership
• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
