We are searching for an Executive Director with the drive and passion to cultivate the premier living and working community in Milwaukie. The leader of this community is uniquely set up for success with a brand-new building, featuring luxury suites and common areas, modern appliances and finishes, and unique and appealing amenities. The right candidate will seize upon the momentum that comes from being the new attraction in town that everyone’s talking about and use it to propel the community to the next level as an Oregon mainstay of excellence in care and service to seniors.

The ideal candidate welcomes barriers as opportunities to climb higher and rises to the challenge of managing the community to financial, regulatory, and operational success. This person is highly competitive, sales driven, and has a proven track record in managing all aspects of senior living. They must be focused on resident and staff satisfaction, able to analyze data and root causes, communicate well, and possess an inner drive to be the best.
Responsibilities- Creating, growing, and sustaining resident satisfaction.
- Demonstrate leadership through employee retention.
- Understand, apply, and adhere to state regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Lead census development.
- Develop sustained financial success.
- The Executive Director position is frequently referred to as Assisted Living Administrator, Assisted Living Director, Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director of Assisted Living, Health Care Administration, and Executive Director Senior Living.
- Hold an Administrator’s License or be able to obtain one.
- Proven track record in sales and financial management.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
- Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility.
- English language required.
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
