Tenax Robotics is moving fast. I am looking for a partner to join me at the center of this company, not as a hire, but as an equal owner. We are building the future of autonomous systems, and I need a co-founder who is ready to share the weight, the risk, and the eventual reward of this journey.

This is a true 50/50 partnership. I have driven the development to this point, but for Tenax Robotics to reach its full potential, it needs two minds moving in lockstep. You will have an equal voice in every strategic decision, every pivot, and every win.

I am looking for a partner with the following traits:

  You thrive in the early days where everything is built from scratch. You are motivated by the challenge of turning a vision into a reality that solves real-world problems.

  You bring a level of drive that matches mine. You are ready to dive into the operations, strategy, and execution required to make Tenax Robotics a category leader.
• Integrity and Trust:
  In a two-person partnership, our relationship is the company’s greatest asset. I am looking for someone who values radical honesty and mutual respect above all else.

We have been selected for Cohort 3 of the Oregon UAS Accelerator. This provides us with immediate access to a world-class network, industry mentors, and the resources needed to scale. This program is a massive catalyst for Tenax Robotics, and I want my co-founder by my side as we navigate this next chapter together.
