Warehouse Administrator Assistant
Come join a leading retail company in their distribution center as a Warehouse Admin Assist on 1st shift, enjoy weekends off! This is an opportunity that is hands on checking in product into the warehouse for the stock that will be then shipped out to retail locations across Southeastern WI.
Shift: 1st, (7:30-4:30pm)
Pay: $18/hour based on Experience
Job Description:
- Provide assistance in scheduling of future inbound transportation to the warehouse.
- Maintain visibility of inbound schedules to warehouse staff and home office purchasing.
- Assist in checking in Drivers and dock assignment.
- Assist with management of required transportation documentation.
- Assist in processing of receipts into the warehouse as well as one of several types of cross-dock processes.
- On a daily basis complete the distribution of calculated inter-store transfers from the warehouse to each of 16 store locations.
- Assist with general warehouse functions during seasonal peaks.
- Process stores special orders per the special-order process.
- Demonstrate ability to manage data integrity through use of back office computer systems.
