Position Overview
Assistant Warehouse Lead at ICM Corporation, Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities- Support daily tasks of the warehouse, manufacturing and distribution functions and act as interface of all functions of the warehouse.
- Communicate daily with customers and sales reps via phone, email and Live Chat.
- Communicate daily with Warehouse Supervisor and Office Manager.
- Act as Assistant Warehouse Manager when they are out of office.
- Train all warehouse employees on specific job functions.
- Prioritize and delegate work to warehouse personnel, assuring each job is completed in a professional and timely manner.
- Address complaints and resolve problems.
- Ensure warehouse organization.
- Inspect warehouse facilities and equipment and recommend changes in allocation of space.
- Provide accurate counts of finished goods inventory and timely data entry for shipping and inventory purposes.
- Process sales orders, invoicing, and shipping of all customer orders.
- Ensure superior customer satisfaction while maintaining a cost‑effective operation.
- Assist with warehouse quality and safety.
- Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must have supervisory experience in various warehouse settings.
- Self‑starter.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills.
