Based at our state‑of‑the‑art Villa Palermo facility in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, you’ll be part of a high‑performing team that keeps our operation running around the clock. This facility includes an on‑site bakery, robotic packaging lines, and a 24‑hour shipping & receiving hub.
When You’ll Work…This full‑time role is for 1st Shift, 6:00am-2:30pm
What You’ll Do…- Safely move trailers between docks and yard locations to ensure timely flow of materials.
- Operate a yard truck with precision in tight spaces and congested areas.
- Place jack stands, wheel chocks, and glad hand locks properly and consistently.
- Keep accurate logs and inspection reports for yard activities and vehicles.
- Prep trailers for loading, clean as needed, and manage refrigerated trailer units.
- Fill in as needed in freezer, cooler, or dock areas to maintain your skills and help your team.
- Strong focus on safety and awareness in high‑traffic yard environments.
- Ability to climb in and out of tractors repeatedly and operate yard equipment confidently.
- Forklift experience or ability to become certified.
- Prior yard dog, CDL, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work in both cold (40°F) and freezer (-10°F) conditions as part of the job.
- Class A CDL required.
