$1,400 to $1,550 per week based on experience and miles.

Flint Logistics is hiring experienced CDL‑A drivers in Fayetteville, NC. We provide consistent freight, modern equipment, and competitive pay with quarterly performance raises.

Compensation and Earnings:
Weekly pay is $1,400 to $1,550. You'll receive quarterly raises tied to your safety record and productivity. After 30 days, guaranteed minimum pay ensures income stability regardless of freight fluctuations. During orientation, you'll earn $100 per day, with all travel expenses covered.

Your Freight and Routes:
You'll haul a mix of general and refrigerated freight, averaging 2,500‑3,000 miles per week. Our consistent customer base provides steady freight volume, which translates to reliable paychecks and predictable schedules. Routes are designed to maximize your earning potential while maintaining reasonable home time.

Equipment and Technology:
Our fleet consists of late‑model Kenworth T680s (4 years or newer) equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in‑cab 5th wheel release. These trucks are maintained to minimize downtime and maximize your comfort on long hauls.

Home Time and Support:
You'll receive 6 days off per month with the flexibility to take them consecutively or split them based on your personal needs. Our Driver Support Specialists are available to assist with route planning, equipment issues, and any questions that arise while you're on the road.

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Current medical card
• Minimum 6 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the last year
