Role
Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker position located in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves managing freight transportation logistics, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers, and ensuring the timely, cost-effective shipment of goods. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, coordinating dispatching and deliveries, overseeing freight operations, and providing exceptional customer service to resolve issues and meet client expectations.

Qualifications- Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage processes
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management
- Experience with dispatching and coordinating shipments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management or transportation logistics is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
