Local deliveries – return home each night
As a Warehouse Associate Backup Driver, you will deliver electrical products from our warehouse to customers, conduct pre‑trip inspections, assist with unloading, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct vehicle inspections at the start and end of your route
- Transport and deliver products to customers with care
- Unload items such as wire, pipe, conduit, and boxes during deliveries
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor with customers
- Fill orders and issue materials and supplies per requests
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, walking riders, reach trucks, EZGo carts, hand trucks or dollies
- Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other warehouse duties as assigned
- Valid driver’s license
- Be at least 21 years old
- Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles
- Ability to lift packages that could weigh up to 85 pounds
- Ability to pass and maintain Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). math skills (add and subtract numbers)
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to learn how to operate equipment (we provide training)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
