Non-CDL Driver

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. You will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Compensation: $23.25/hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay Scale)

• Safety-Focused Operations:
  Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Passenger Care:
  Provide excellent care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance:
  Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Adherence to Protocols:
  Uphold company policies, seat belt enforcement, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required

• 21 years or older
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen
• Work environment will be a combination of indoors and outdoors
