Senior Full Stack Developer; Java​/React

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer (Java/React) to join our team onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React on the frontend
• Lead development efforts for customer-facing digital portals with a strong focus on performance, security, and user experience
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, QA, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support complex business workflows
• Drive UI/UX improvements including portal reskins, navigation updates, and enhanced user journeys
• Contribute to large-scale initiatives such as authentication, registration, and login experience redesigns
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring high system reliability
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the development team

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong expertise in Java with Spring Boot
• Advanced experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks, specifically React
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and system integrations
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL and PostgreSQL
• Ability to work onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
