Junior Developer (.NET & Angular)

We are seeking a talented Junior Web Developer with strong .NET and Angular experience to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality mobile and web applications. You will collaborate closely with other developers and stakeholders to produce secure, user‑friendly solutions that meet the needs of a global client base.

This salaried full‑time position is based in Shoreland's Milwaukee, WI office with remote options available. This position is intended for an applicant with 2–3 years of professional experience in web or mobile development. The salary range is $70,000 – $80,000 per year.

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile and web applications
• Integrate with RESTful APIs for data exchange using JSON
• Work closely with team members on architecture, features, and code reviews
• Ensure applications meet performance and responsiveness standards
• Collaborate on deployment processes and contribute to CI/CD strategies

• Backend Development:
  Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable experience in building and maintaining applications using .NET Core and C#, including integration with RESTful APIs and relational databases.
• Frontend
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum of one (1) year of practical experience with Angular (preferred) or React, with a strong understanding of Type Script for building responsive, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven experience delivering real‑world applications
• HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Sass, and responsive web design principles
• Ionic Framework and RxDB for offline mobile apps
• Mobile app deployment for iOS and Android
• Cloud services (AWS preferred)
• Dev Ops workflows including CI/CD pipelines

This is a full‑time, hybrid position requiring one day per week in our Milwaukee office. We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including paid time off, medical, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
