We are seeking a full-time Carpenter to join our team in Greater Milwaukee. This is an on-site role that involves performing a range of construction and carpentry tasks, including constructing, repairing, and installing building frameworks and fixtures. Day-to-day responsibilities include using power tools and hand tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials, as well as performing framing, finish carpentry, and other tasks as part of commercial building projects.

Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety standards are essential in this position.

• Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniques
• Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools for construction tasks
• Knowledge of Framing and structural building processes
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks in a variety of weather conditions
• Previous experience in commercial construction is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry is an asset
