About the Role
Painters USA is seeking a reliable and skilled Craftsman to support commercial and industrial projects. This hands-on role focuses on quality workmanship, safety, and professionalism on every job site.

What You'll Do

• Perform commercial/industrial painting and related tasks in the Wisconsin area
• Follow all job-site and company safety procedures
• Assist with setup, prep work, equipment use, and cleanup
• Use tools and materials properly and maintain a clean work area
• Work as part of a team to complete tasks on time and to quality standards
• Support the foreman with project execution as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2-4+ years of experience in commercial or industrial painting/trades
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and various job-site environments
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
• Willingness to travel and work different shifts as needed
