How You’ll ContributeAs a Skilled Laborer, you’ll be an essential part of our field team, ensuring our job sites are clean, safe, and properly prepared for what’s next. Your contributions will help set the tone for high-quality work and an exceptional client experience.
Demolition & Site Preparation:- Perform physical labor to assist with interior demolition and site prep.
- Remove materials such as sheetrock, ceiling grid/tiles, flooring, and adhesives.
- Operate tools and machinery (e.g., chipping hammers, jackhammers, sawzalls, floor scrapers) safely and efficiently.
- Follow and uphold all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Wear job-appropriate clothing and represent Gardner with professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with other trades and field teams to keep projects running smoothly.
- Bring proper tools to each job and complete daily timecards accurately.
- Communicate effectively with your team and leaders using both verbal and written methods.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a skilled laborer, including demolition.
- OSHA-10 certification.
- Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Proficient with smartphone apps for job-related tasks.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience working in client-occupied or hospitality-sensitive spaces.

- Salary
: $25 - $40 per hour (paid weekly) - Comprehensive Benefits
