Field Service Technician – American Repair Maintenance

• Have 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry and flooring, a high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification, and proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings.
• Be the eyes and ears in the field and successfully complete service tickets in a designated territory with cost consciousness, high quality and timeliness.
• Maintain clear professional communication with lead technicians, supervisors, managers and office staff, documenting progress thoroughly.
• Be flexible, cooperative and professional with colleagues and customers.
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure safe working conditions.
• Travel up to 500–2000 miles per week with paid mileage reimbursement.
• Meet the demands of a flexible schedule, including on‑call, overnight and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel (1–4 nights).
• Provide reliable transportation with the capacity to carry tools and equipment, a valid driver’s license and a toolbox suitable for the job.
• Be comfortable and proficient with technology, including industry‑specific software, mobile apps and digital tools.
• Lift up to 80 lbs., apply up to 200 pounds of torque and work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting or lying down.
