Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

Smile, you found us! Peak is looking for a ROCKSTAR Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Harbor Pointe, overseeing two properties totaling 600+ units in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

• Lead a maintenance team aimed at providing exceptional above standard service to all customers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems, including HVAC and other equipment; perform electronic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Operate as a working supervisor with on-call rotation.
• Maintain a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation.

• Prolonged periods standing and walking; ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in varying weather conditions.
• Maintenance experience with technical and HVAC understanding, and equipment maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
