We are hiring immediately for a full‑time A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician). This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models.
- Perform a variety of mechanical tasks including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems.
- Engine and airframe maintenance: troubleshoot, inspect, and repair turbine engines, including engine run‑ups; carry out airframe system and component changes, systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines.
- Use equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies.
- High school education or GED required.
- A&P License required.
- Knowledge of 100‑hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 is required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance.
- $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus.
