Job Description

As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering top‑quality painting for luxury renovation projects. You will work closely with our project managers, designers, and clients to execute every detail flawlessly. Your craftsmanship will be crucial in transforming high‑end spaces into beautiful and functional environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high‑quality interior and exterior painting for luxury homes and commercial properties.
  • Prepping detail is oriented to masking, caulking, and minor drywall repair.
  • Apply specialized textures, finishes, and coatings as required for custom projects.
  • Work with a variety of premium materials to achieve custom finishes.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace protects all surrounding areas during the renovation.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of residential high‑end painting and drywall repair.
  • Strong knowledge of various paints, finishes, and drywall techniques
  • Experience with different types of fine finish spray guns (e.g., HVLP, airless, air‑assisted airless) and their appropriate use for various projects.
  • Proven experience with luxury residential and commercial projects. Portfolio will be requested.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
