We are seeking a full-time Facilities Technician. We offer competitive pay with benefits.
Responsibilities:- Obtain work assignments from Facilities Manager, contact person requesting repairs and determine type of repairs required.
- Respond to and complete work orders in facilities/MIS help desk.
- Perform property tending duties such as grass cutting, weed elimination, snow shoveling, parking lot clean up while awaiting assignments.
- Perform repairs to building fixtures.
- Perform plumbing repairs.
- Perform electrical repairs.
- Perform spot roof and parking lot patching.
- Replace HVAC filters, motors, belts.
- Must be available to be on-call rotation after hours.
- Move assorted office equipment, desks, shelves, and tables.
- Run and maintain all powered equipment, i.e., weed whacker, hedge trimmer, snow blower and leaf blower.
- Check operation of company vehicles and arrange for gas and regular maintenance.
