Role Overview

Service Technicians are responsible for ongoing service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV and Access Control systems for a large enterprise/industrial customer.

• Physically and technically implement the company’s products.
• Ensure all necessary service tasks are completed to a high level of quality for customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate continuous operation of electronic security systems to maintain safety and security, responding promptly to errors and defaults.
• Analyze and diagnose security system failures or defects.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and test security systems and components.
• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance, repair, replacement, and upgrades to security systems.
• Program, network, and configure related software and systems.

• 5+ years of experience servicing Access Control and CCTV system security.
• Preferred certifications in AMAG.
• Strong networking and IT background.
• Possession of a PERC Card (Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Drug test required.
