Maintenance Mechanic Job Description
This position involves maintaining and repairing equipment used in liquid filling, powder coating, furnaces, and ovens to ensure seamless operations for liquid painting and powder coating applications. The role includes working with conveyors, bearings, belts, shafts, and pumps, as well as handling electrical components such as fuses, relays, and single/three-phase systems (480v).
Responsibilities- Conduct maintenance on liquid filling and powder coating machinery.
- Repair furnaces and ovens used in coating applications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors, bearings, belts, shafts, and pumps.
- Handle electrical systems, including fuses, relays, and single/three-phase systems (480v).
- Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC systems and pneumatics.
- Read and interpret blueprints for effective maintenance and repair tasks.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to interpret blueprints.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in preventive maintenance strategies.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range is $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year. Family owned company, 401k match and full benefits, outings and lunches, growth, tenure and strong retention.
