Maintenance Technician

• Provide exceptional above-standard service to all customers.
• Maintain HVAC and related systems, troubleshoot electronic equipment, and perform routine maintenance.
• Participate in on‑call rotation.
• Ensure reliable transportation to locations.

• Maintenance experience with technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Ability to traverse multiple properties with stairs in various weather conditions.
