This role reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor; an individual in this role will assist with the daily and ongoing preventative maintenance of all WSB locations and any rented properties.

• Knowledge and basic experience with HVAC, ability to learn or know building automation controls.
• Basic electrical skills, light fixture change out, ballasts, bulbs.
• Plumbing skills, toilet repair, faucet repair/replace, drain cleaning.
• Understanding of security aspects and importance.
• Shared on‑call responsibility.
• Flexible work hours.
• Troubleshooting ability.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Back up for Mail Room Courier duties.

• None.

• Required: 3‑5 years experience in commercial office maintenance.
• Preferred: None.

• High School graduate.

• High School 3 years minimum field experience.
• Basic computer skills, Outlook, MS Word, CMMS (Emaint) for work orders and willingness to learn and adapt to other programs used in this position.

Additionally, an individual must be flexible in work schedule and have the ability to travel between office locations.

A valid driver’s license is required. Driving record must be in accordance with WSB’s Vehicle Safety Policy.
