Journeyman Plumber

Overview

West Allis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is looking for a self‑motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated residential services team.

Pay range: $80,000–$150,000 per year with uncapped profit‑sharing potential.

Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 upon start and $5,000 at 6 months.

Schedule: 4–10 hours Monday‑Friday available.

• Water heater and sewer repair and/or replacement.
• Residential drain cleaning and service repair.
• Respond to residential plumbing emergencies, determine issues, and make repairs as needed.
• Perform residential preventative maintenance work on plumbing systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair pipe including joins, valves, drains, and fixtures in residential settings.

• Flexible availability.

• Residential plumbing experience.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer processes.
