Ahern, a family‑owned business with over 145 years of experience, is seeking a Wisconsin Licensed Sprinkler Fitter to serve as a Foreman in our Contract department. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the Milwaukee region, including heavy industrial, commercial, education, healthcare, food processing, and multifamily residential sites.

• Lead construction projects for sprinkler and fire protection systems
• Coordinate with customers and internal design teams
• Manage crew and ensure all work meets code and quality standards
• Operate across both contract and service teams to provide variety and growth

• Wisconsin Licensed Sprinkler Fitter
• Experience as a journeyman or foreman through Local 183
• Proven leadership in construction projects
